Run your whole agency from one portal
Tickets, clients, a portal for every client, reports, Google Ads, Meta and SEO intelligence, CRM, invoicing, HR, payroll, chat and mail in one place. Surge AI reads it all and works from your own data, never from guesses.
No card needed. From $29 a month. Built and used every day by a working performance agency.
Needs you today
Northwind Dental · yesterday vs last 7 days
Stop paying for eight tools that don't talk to each other
Every module shares the same clients, people and numbers, so a lead, a ticket, an invoice and a report all know about each other. Your history comes with you: tasks, comments, files, chat and time are imported.
Live in about 7 days
You answer one onboarding form. We set up your portal on your own address, with your logo, your entities and your team, and bring your data across.
Pick a plan
Start with the 15-day free trial on Grow features. Choose Starter, Grow or Scale when it ends.
Fill in the onboarding form
Branding, entities, team and access, modules, data sources, email, HR rules and what to migrate. It saves as you type.
We set it up
Your address, sign-in page, roles, invoices, connections to Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console, and your imported history.
Your team moves in
Invitations with access already set, a getting-started checklist for everyone, and training for admins and heads.
Every part of an agency, in one place
Below is every area of the portal and what it does, feature by feature. The plan that includes each area is shown next to it.
Every piece of work has an owner, a due date and a definition of done
Departments, projects and tickets with list, board and calendar views. Everyone opens the portal to one list of what needs them today.
Needs you today
- One list on Home, most urgent first: tickets, reviews, approvals, 1:1s, onboarding steps, client alerts, deals, invoices and payroll waiting on you
- My work: assigned to me, watching, asked for by me, with done tickets kept apart
- Role panels for heads, HR, finance, account owners and sales; nothing company-wide by default
Tickets that carry everything
- Status, priority, owner and co-assignees, due date and a "done when" line
- Subtasks, checklists, comments with @mentions, files and screenshots (paste or drop), watchers and full history
- The owner's supervisor and team lead watch automatically
- Progress updates reach the supervisor, team lead and watchers in one timeline
Projects and views
- Department → project tree beside list, board and calendar views; drag to reschedule
- Status tabs with counts, group by, inline status and priority, a Done archive
- Saved filters, bulk changes, copy a ticket into several projects at once
- Search the whole portal with Ctrl K: tickets, clients, people, deals, invoices and pages
Recurring work and templates
- Recurring tickets daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly, set up by anyone
- Templates per service with checklists, subtasks and titles like "{client} report {month}"
- Dependencies (waits on, blocks): no loops, can't close while waiting, people told when unblocked
Workload and capacity
- Each person's week against their capacity: shift hours minus leave and closures
- Morning alerts to managers when someone is over 110% or has 5+ overdue tickets, or has room
- Suggested moves: the least urgent tickets of an overloaded person to someone with room, in one click
- Team lead hand-over: see who is on leave or not clocked in and reassign
Time tracking
- Start/stop timers on any ticket, or add time by hand
- Forgotten-timer protection, billable and non-billable time
- Weekly timesheets with manager approval
- Hours by person and by client, feeding profitability
Reviews and quality
- A review step before work is done or reaches a client, by the owner's supervisor or department head
- QA checklists per service: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website, design, content, social
- Revisions counted with reasons, client change requests too
- Quality report: first-time-right, revisions by person, client and service, the checks that fail most
Daily rhythm
- Overdue alerts and a morning summary of what is unread
- Late-arrival notes to leads half an hour into each shift
- Phone-friendly tickets: title first, then status, owner and due date
Bring your history
- Projects and tasks (open and closed), subtasks, comments, files and time entries imported
- Chat history imported and threaded
- Run beside your old tools first, or switch on one date
A workspace for every client, with the numbers and the relationship in one view
Each client has an Executive and a Manager, a delivery team, terms, meetings, files, performance and a health score that explains itself.
Client workspace
- Team, contacts, services, commitments with check-ins, escalations and delivery feedback
- Meetings and notes: schedule, log notes with action items, and every call, WhatsApp and note on one timeline
- Business model per client (ecommerce, lead gen, local, brand/SEO) decides which numbers lead everywhere
- Delivery team set by the Executive; escalation alerts per team
Account picture every morning
- Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console together: blended revenue, ROAS, cost per lead
- Each source in depth: queries and near-page-one searches, landing pages, channels, devices, products, campaigns
- Yesterday against the 7 days before, cross-source checks and anomalies
- A daily account summary at 1 pm to each client's Executive and Manager
Deep analysis on demand
- 90 days of Google Ads (impression share lost, search terms, Quality Score, ad copy, age, gender, device, hour)
- Meta by age × gender, placements, regions, hours and creatives with copy
- GA4 audiences and landing pages; Search Console brand vs non-brand, cannibalisation, low click-through
- Personas, budget moves, creative and SEO fixes with checked evidence; any recommendation becomes a ticket in one click
Terms, scope and renewals
- Retainer, project or hourly; fee, term, notice, automatic renewal, hours included, what is in and out of scope, the signed agreement; every change kept as a version
- Out-of-scope work flagged on tickets and counted against included hours
- Renewal ticket 30 days before notice, a renewal desk for the next 60 days, renewal proposals
From won deal to running client
- A won deal sets up the client: fee, contact, a project per team and an onboarding ticket with due-dated steps from the service's kit
- A later service onboarded on its own
- Ended clients marked churned or terminated with a reason; their channels, projects and data refresh stop; restore reverses it
- Churned clients go back to sales as a win-back deal
Health score that explains itself
- Starts at 100; every point lost has a reason, grouped into Delivery, Relationship, Results, Money and Contract
- Signals: overdue client work, contact, replies, approvals waiting, escalations, results down 40%+, junk leads, unpaid invoices, renewal
- How the client sounds, read weekly from calls, messages and notes; only word-for-word quotes kept
- Churn-risk alerts with a save ticket and the outcome recorded; a trend per account manager
Lead quality for lead-gen clients
- Leads from Meta Lead Ads (every 30 minutes), the website (a webhook per client) and CSV or Google Sheet
- Rated by the client in their portal: Qualified, Not a fit, Junk, Meeting, Won with deal value, Lost
- Qualified rate and cost per qualified lead by campaign, ad and source
- Lead manager logins that only work the leads, emailed the moment one arrives
Agency and linked accounts
- White-label work for other agencies: each account its own record, billed per account, as a retainer or a % of spend
- White-label reports and one agency login that sees every account
- Linked businesses billed together on one invoice, with every login seeing both
Keeping clients close
- Weekly update drafts every Thursday: done, coming up, waiting on them, numbers
- Email a client from your own mailbox with contacts suggested and an AI first draft
- Response targets in working hours, with alerts at the target and twice it
- Quarterly NPS, referrals asked of happy clients, quarterly business reviews as branded PDFs
Files hub
- Folders per client (brand assets, creatives, reports, contracts, deliverables, from the client), up to 95 MB a file
- Versions kept for every file; share with the client or receive files from them
- Brand kit per client: colours, fonts, tone of voice, do's and don'ts, audience; the client's Drive folder alongside
Meeting intelligence
- Every recorded client call matched to the client and read by Surge AI: summary, decisions, concerns in the client's words, action items
- Action items become tickets or client to-dos in one click, with the words from the call
- Optional notetaker that joins your Google Meet, Zoom or Teams calls ($1 per recorded hour)
Give every client their own branded portal
Each client signs in at their own address and sees their numbers, the work you share, approvals, reports, files and invoices. Nothing reaches them unless you share it.
What clients see
- Dashboard and accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Search Console, GA4) with 28-day comparisons
- Overview: services, commitments, meetings, team and growth over time; monthly reports
- Meta report with campaigns, audiences and creatives; "What we did" each month
- Billing for owners: invoices, balance, overdue and the payment link, never bank details
Approvals that hold
- Shared work with its own client-facing title and text: read, confirm, approve or ask for changes, with versions
- Nothing goes live before approval or a written request; reminders after 2 and 4 working days
- Replies both ways on shared work
Logins and branding
- Owner and Viewer logins by invitation, password and an emailed code on new devices
- The client's logo and colour on their portal; one login for several businesses
- "See as client" preview from your side; logins stop when a client ends
- Saved logins vault: clients share access (card and bank details refused), opened only by assigned people, every opening shown to the client
Monthly reports that write themselves and still get a human check
Built from Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and Meta, limited to the services you sell each client.
Built from the right sources
- PPC: Google Ads or Meta with GA4 paid traffic; SEO: Search Console with GA4 organic; web: all of GA4
- Conversions, cost per conversion, impression share, converting searches, keywords in the top 3 and 10, rising searches, converting pages
- Any month, compared with the month before; refresh data while a draft
Written, then reviewed
- Summary and highlights written from the numbers, edited before sending
- Work done that month and what is coming next
- Manager review: approve or send back with a note; only an approved, unchanged report goes
Never late
- Drafted on the 1st for every active client
- Tracked to each client's report day with reminders and a heads-up to the lead when late
- Sent by email and into the client portal, by hand or automatically
Know what changed in every ad account, who changed it and what happened after
Every Google Ads and Meta account is read deeply every morning and checked for spend every hour.
Google Ads, read every morning
- Settings and setup checks, campaigns and targets, daily numbers with impression share
- Breakdowns by device, day × hour and conversion action; search terms; keywords with Quality Score; products; disapprovals; Google's own recommendations
- Every ad account your team can open is listed and can feed a client, read-only
Meta, read every morning
- Campaigns, ad sets with learning status, ads with copy and thumbnails
- Ad-level numbers and video attention; breakdowns by age, gender, region, placement, device and hour
- Delivery issues and the activity log; one connection per Business Manager
Change log, kept forever
- Who, when and what (old → new), grouped into sessions, with a reason
- "What happened after": before and after over a window you pick, with fairness flags and a verdict in words
- Names visible only to the person, ads heads, admins and the client's account team
Alerts with one next step
- Spend spikes or stops, conversions dropped, tracking broken, off target, pacing, lost to budget
- Disapprovals, Quality Score, learning limited, creative fatigue, CPM jumps, lead quality, a winner turned off
- Each alert has one next step and quiets down when dismissed
Recommendations with reasons
- Keywords, negatives, budgets, targets, schedule, devices, products, competitors' paid keywords

- A weekly AI review per account, every number checked against the facts
SEO changes that are proposed, approved, applied, checked live and measured
An SEO workspace per client with evidence from a crawler, Search Console and GA4. The agent drafts; your team approves; every change can be undone.
Site audit
- robots.txt and AI-crawler rules, sitemaps, http/www versions, redirect chains, status codes, canonicals, noindex
- Titles, descriptions, headings, thin pages, images without alt, structured data, internal links and orphan pages
- Scheduled re-audits with new issues and regressions marked
Opportunities, scored
- From the audit and Search Console: low click-through for the position, queries near page one, pages losing clicks
- Scored by relevance, impact and confidence against effort and risk, with evidence and affected pages
- A business profile per client: approved facts, prohibited claims, voice, audiences, goals
Changes on the live site
- Titles and descriptions with a Google-style preview, approved one by one or in a batch
- Applied through WordPress (works with Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress, All in One SEO), Shopify or a small connector for custom sites
- Checked on the live page, refused if the page was edited since, every step in a history, restorable
Structured data and internal links
- JSON-LD built only from what pages show: LocalBusiness or Organization, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList
- Internal links from related pages to pages that need them, placed around words already in the text
- Both checked live, removable and measured
Content studio
- Briefs from evidence with internal links only to real pages and missing facts listed
- Drafts as versions, flagged for missing facts, prohibited claims and unsupported numbers
- Sent to WordPress as a draft; publishing approved separately
Measured, with a safety net
- Every change measured from Search Console at 14 and 28 days against the rest of the site
- Verdicts: improved, worse, no clear change, too little data
- A change doing clearly worse is rolled back automatically, or a rollback is suggested
- A kind of change applies by itself only once the client's own record earns it
Local SEO
- Google Business Profile for every client: views on Search and Maps, calls, website clicks, directions, messages, reviews
- Review replies and the business description drafted, approved, posted and reversible
- Never confirms someone is a customer or mentions anything private
The SEO agent
- Runs weekly per client (or on demand): refreshes data, ranks open opportunities, drafts the top ones
- Learns which kinds of change work for this client and across all clients
- Never approves or applies on its own; stops at the client's monthly AI budget
Performance
- Branded vs non-branded clicks, top queries and pages against the previous 28 days
- Daily clicks and GA4 organic sessions with change markers
- Rank tracking for chosen keywords; correlation never claimed as cause
Know a client's site is down before they do
Every client website is checked every 10 minutes and crawled every month into a searchable page index.
Uptime
- Home page every 10 minutes; a down confirmed by a second check 30 seconds later
- Response time and 30-day uptime; a second page checked hourly
- Alerts: down, recovered, slow for 30 minutes+, never the same alert twice in 6 hours
SSL, domain and changes
- SSL expiry warnings at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days; domain expiry checked weekly
- Redirect and robots.txt changes logged
Tracking watch
- GA4 or Google tag, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag checked on the home page
- Lost or found events, with a fix ticket
- Monthly crawl of up to 100 pages with AI summaries and full-text search

An AI that only says what your data supports
Surge AI reads your portal, writes tickets, briefs and drafts, and cites where every client fact came from. When the data isn't there, it says what is missing instead of guessing.
Grounded and checked
- Every client fact links to the portal record it came from
- A second pass flags any sentence the client's data does not support
- A readiness score per client: below 60% it lists what is missing and opens tickets to fill the gaps
Watchers that open tickets
- A daily ads watcher and a weekly SEO watcher read the account picture, commitments, website events and open work
- Rules first, then one model call; every number checked
- Tickets go to the right person on the client's team with the reasoning attached and an "Explain" button
- A review mode for the first two weeks so heads can approve findings
Tickets from anywhere
- A Surge AI button on every page that knows which client or ticket you're on
- Ask it to raise work: it picks the person, project, due date and watchers from your records
- Send any reply as a ticket comment, a new ticket or a knowledge base draft
Assistants per department
- Sales, SEO, Paid Ads, Web Development, Design and General, each with editable rules and starters
- Files in chat: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and images

Knowledge it can use
- Client profiles, commitments, meeting notes, performance, tickets, reports and website pages
- Call recordings, one Drive folder per client and the owner's client email threads, indexed
- Never billing, logins or HR data
A living knowledge base
- A brief per client, per department and for the company, rewritten only when its inputs change
- Questions the knowledge base can't answer go to the right owner and are logged as gaps
Budgets you control

- Fast, Standard and Advanced model tiers; cost shown under every reply
- Usage by person and department; an allowance included on Grow ($10) and Scale ($30)

Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 15 days with Grow features for up to 5 users and 5 clients, on your own data. No card is needed. The trial starts the day your portal goes live. When it ends, pick a plan and nothing you set up is lost.
What counts as a user and a client?
A user is anyone on your team who signs in. A client is a business whose accounts and data you manage in the portal. Your clients' own logins to their client portal are free and don't count as users.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Adding a user or a client is billed from the next month. Annual plans can be upgraded any time.
How long does setup take?
Most agencies are live within 7 days of a complete onboarding form. The form covers branding, entities, team, modules, data sources and migration. If you'd rather we do everything, choose done-for-you setup ($299 once).
Can you move our data from ClickUp, Slack, Hubstaff or our CRM?
Yes. Projects and tasks (open and closed), subtasks, comments, files, time entries, chat history, CRM contacts and deals, and past invoices can be imported. You can run the portal beside your old tools first or switch on one date.
Is it white-label?
Your portal carries your name, logo and colours, on your own address, with your branded sign-in page and client portal. A small "Powered by Brand Surge" footer is included; remove it entirely with the own-domain add-on.
How is AI usage charged?
Grow includes $10 and Scale includes $30 of AI usage each month. Beyond that you pay what it costs plus 30%, and you set budgets per person and a company cap so it never runs away.
Who can see our data?
Only your team, according to the roles you set. Sensitive fields are encrypted. Personal mailboxes, private chats and confidential HR cases are private even from admins. Your data is backed up nightly and exported on request.
Which platforms does it connect to?
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, WordPress, Shopify, Google Workspace (mail, calendar, Drive), meeting recordings, and bank and Wise statements. More are added as we build.
Who builds and supports it?
Brand Surge, a performance marketing agency that runs its own team and clients on this portal every day. New features ship regularly, and the ones on the way are marked as coming soon inside the portal.
